Privacy Policy
InkDocket, operated by Resolve Softworks, provides proof-review and production-approval tools for print and sign shops. This policy explains how information is handled when you operate a workspace or review a customer proof.
Information we process
We process account names and email addresses, shop and customer contact information, uploaded artwork, job and proof metadata, customer comments and decisions, and technical security data such as timestamps, browser information, and one-way hashed network identifiers.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate users, host and display proofs, deliver private review links, record approval activity, provide support, prevent abuse, and maintain the security and reliability of the service. InkDocket does not sell personal information.
Service providers and storage
InkDocket uses infrastructure, object storage, database, DNS, security, monitoring, backup, and transactional-email providers to operate the service. Providers receive only the information needed to perform those functions.
Retention and deletion
Prepared export files remain available for seven days. Duplicate export snapshots are scheduled for retirement 30 days after the download expires. Downgrade export windows last 90 days, account closure can be recovered for 30 days, and encrypted backups rotate over 35 days. Minimal approval, production-audit, and deletion records are retained for seven years; unrelated security records are normally retained for 12 months. A documented legal or fraud hold can extend only the affected records.
Your choices
Workspace owners may request access, correction, export, or deletion of account data. Customers reviewing a proof should contact the shop that sent the link for requests concerning that shop’s records.
Security
InkDocket uses encrypted transport, private application storage, isolated application credentials, access controls, backups, and audit records. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so review links should be shared only with their intended recipients.
