Privacy Policy
InkDocket, operated by Resolve Softworks, provides proof-review and production-approval tools for print and sign shops. This policy explains how information is handled when you operate a workspace or review a customer proof.
Information we process
We process account names and email addresses, shop and customer contact information, uploaded artwork, job and proof metadata, customer comments and decisions, and technical security data such as timestamps, browser information, and one-way hashed network identifiers.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate users, host and display proofs, deliver private review links, record approval activity, provide support, prevent abuse, and maintain the security and reliability of the service. InkDocket does not sell personal information.
Service providers and storage
InkDocket uses infrastructure, object storage, database, DNS, security, monitoring, backup, and transactional-email providers to operate the service. Providers receive only the information needed to perform those functions. Application data is not placed on the separate DavinGray Odoo environment.
Retention and deletion
Proof records and approval activity are retained for the workspace owner’s production record until the owner requests deletion or the account is closed, subject to backup rotation and legal obligations. Security records may be retained for a shorter operational period.
Your choices
Workspace owners may request access, correction, export, or deletion of account data. Customers reviewing a proof should contact the shop that sent the link for requests concerning that shop’s records.
Security
InkDocket uses encrypted transport, private application storage, isolated application credentials, access controls, backups, and audit records. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so review links should be shared only with their intended recipients.
