Terms of Service
These terms govern use of InkDocket, a proof-review service operated by Resolve Softworks. By creating an account or using a customer review link, you agree to these terms.
Accounts and authority
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use the service only for organizations and files you are authorized to manage. Workspace owners are responsible for their users, customers, and review links.
Proof approvals
InkDocket records decisions against a specific uploaded version. Workspace owners remain responsible for confirming job specifications, customer authority, production requirements, and whether a recorded decision is sufficient before manufacturing or installation.
Your content
You retain ownership of uploaded artwork and grant InkDocket permission to host, process, back up, and display it solely to provide the service. You must not upload unlawful, infringing, malicious, or unauthorized content.
Acceptable use
Do not probe or disrupt the service, bypass access controls, scrape private content, share review links publicly without authorization, impersonate another person, or use InkDocket to distribute malware, spam, or unlawful material.
Service availability
The service may change, be suspended for maintenance, or experience interruptions. Resolve Softworks will use reasonable care to protect data and restore service but does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Disclaimers and responsibility
InkDocket is a workflow and recordkeeping tool, not legal, engineering, color-matching, or production advice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Resolve Softworks is not responsible for indirect losses, production errors, or unauthorized decisions caused by inaccurate inputs, compromised links, or failure to verify specifications.
Suspension and termination
Accounts may be suspended for security threats, unlawful use, or material breach of these terms. You may request account closure and data deletion by contacting support, subject to legal obligations and backup rotation.
